PRI Show Photos: The Rad Parts, Cars, And More Just Keep Going!

We were in Indianapolis for the 2022 PRI Show and man there was cool stuff going on. Thursday we got to the show, judged the featured products, saw some awesome stuff we’d never seen before, and then wandered around shooting some photos. Friday we attempted a more structured approach to our coverage and tried going aisle by aisle in search of all things cool. It sort of worked, but… well… shiny things happened. But we got more photos! Then Saturday we ran around trying to catch anything and everything we missed, and I think we got almost all of it! Here is another gallery of our photos for you to enjoy.

The Performance Racing Industry show is one that any racer would love to attend. Unlike the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, where every kind of automotive aftermarket part is on display, the PRI Show features only racing-related parts. If the parts aren’t related to the motorsports world, you won’t find them here.

Check Out This 6×6 Engesa EE-25 Army Truck And It’s Freaky Boomerang Rear Suspension In Action

Army trucks, we love them. Why? Well for the same reason we love functional hot rods that are lacking in amenities but are heavy in ass kicking ability. No matter the country of origin you are typically not going to find a lot of cushy stuff in an army truck, especially a large one. They are loaded full of ability, though and that’s exactly what caught our eye when it comes to this Brazilian 6×6 Engesa EE-25 and its awesome Boomerang rear axle. The truck uses a walking beam style layout but it can articulate in some incredible ways to keep the rears planted while the rest of the chassis rises to some pretty steel angles. One thing that sucks about modern EFI engines like the LS, LT, Mod Motors, And HEMIs is that aftermarket intake manifolds for them tend to be really expensive.
