Forgotten International Truck Cut From Woods After 53 Years! Will It Be Saved And Restored?

When you find a vehicle that has started to become one with the woods, and you have decided that you need to save it, you have to know going in that it could be a battle. Not a fight, but an actual battle. It’s insane how strong vines and weeds and small trees can be when you are just trying to drag something back into the land of the living. I’ve actually had to remove body panels before in an effort to keep them from being ruined while removing the rest of the car.

I’m not a fan of a Sawzall in the grand scheme of things, but when you need to take back a car from Mother Nature, then a Sawzall might just be your best friend. Don’t forget the brush and tree blades baby!

Now that the weather is beginning to cool off in Texas, the guys venture back out into the dense woods of the Hudson Farm in hopes to rescue out ANOTHER old forgotten International KB truck. This ol’ girl has been sitting abandoned for over 53 years so the team is unsure of what obstacles lie ahead. Join in as they cut through the overgrown brush in an attempt to remove what mother nature has completely taken hold of. If you’re the type that loves a good outdoor rescue, then follow along for all the hard work and excitement that takes place to unearth this forgotten beauty!

Army trucks, we love them. Why? Well for the same reason we love functional hot rods that are lacking in amenities but are heavy in ass kicking ability.
